Giving Back to Our Community
The Q.W.P. (Queensway patrol) was started November 1994. From the idea of giving something back to our customers and the community whom without them B&N Transmission would not have being as successful.
The purpose of the Q.W.P. is to help stranded motorists in Ottawa. Who have broken down on the Queensway during the rush hours. We offer them a boost or some gas or use of a cellular phone to call a tow truck company of their choice. Also to give them some caution light cover to avoid them from been hit by another car.
Brian Charania
Class "A" mechanic is retired from B&N Transmission and is now the full-time driver of the Q.W.P. many motorists have dubbed Brian "The Angel of the highway" Brian loves being able to help people in this way, although he says. "It's a good day when there is nobody on the Queensway who needs my help."
